Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

For all raw hair orders, please allow 7-14 business days to process & ship. ( Can be sooner depending on inventory). For all virgin hair orders, please allow up to 4-7 business days to process & ship. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

 

Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped.
Express shipping: 1-2 business days after your order is shipped.
International shipping: 5-7 business days after your order is shipped.

Any order placed after 5pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.

Business days: Monday - Friday (10am-5pm)
All packages are delivered via UPS (M - F) and require a signature confirmation.

** Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order Early To Prevent delays during holidays. **

We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays. Any items purchased after 5pm (EST) on Friday will process on the next business day (the following Monday).


THEHAUSOFGLITZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

Please ensure to put in your correct address and apartment number as we will not be held accountable for any delays/lost packages as a result of this. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to The Haus Of Glitz. We will contact you once your arrives for reshipment.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST BY SHIPPING CARRIER COMPANY.
